Need to Return a product?
To return a product to TVPOSInc., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
Service@TVPOS.com,
or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general, Television Point of Sales, Inc. accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers/customers within
30
days. However, only Television Point of Sales, Inc.
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:
- Future product purchases

A full cash refund

Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items
Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
Television Point of Sales, Inc. on returned items, and
Television Point of Sales, Inc.
will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

for exchange, replacement, refund, or credit at the sole discretion of Television Point of Sales, Inc. Please be aware that some of our suppliers have more restrictive return policies.
